How it works

Online coaching, programming and performance

Feedback and contact

Know what support to expect.

Clear feedback limits and response expectations protect the quality of coaching and ensure every athlete receives the service included within their pathway.

Guided Group Coaching

Weekly videos must be submitted by 6pm Saturday. They are reviewed after the deadline, normally during the remainder of the weekend.

Video limits are 2 seconds for snatch, 5 seconds for clean and jerk and 5 seconds for accessory exercises.

Individual Online Coaching

Session videos are normally reviewed within two working days. Each session submission can include a short note to the coach.

A 15-minute online call is scheduled weekly. Missed calls do not roll over and may only be rearranged at the coach's discretion.

In Person Programming

Programme monitoring takes place online, while technical observation, corrections and the weekly coaching review are delivered through normal in person contact.

Remote video analysis and scheduled online calls are not included.
